Eight changes for Carnegie team to face Hartpury

Yorkshire Carnegie have made eight changes for the team’s trip to Hartpury in the sixth round of the Greene King IPA Championship this Saturday 16th November, kick off 2.30pm.

Tim Bitirim returns at full back after missing the last two games through injury.  Tom Varndell, who was ruled out with a small injury against Ealing Trailfinders, comes back in on the wing, he replaces Newcastle loan player Joel Matavesi who is unavailable this week and Ryan Shaw moves into the centres, with Andrew Lawson starting on the wing.  Joe Ford returns at fly-half and Jamie Elliot makes his fifth start after missing last week’s game with an injury.

Co-captain Ben Sowrey starts at hooker and James Flynn also comes back into the front row. Alex Humfrey is named in the starting line-up for his ninth appearance in all competitions and James Seabrook will make his third start of the campaign.  Loan signing from Harlequins, George Hammond who made his debut last week, is ruled out with injury along with Sione Faletau.

Ticket Prices – Ticket prices are Adults at £15 and Senior Citizens* or Students at £10. Seats are available on a first come, first served basis and are the same price as standing tickets. Juniors aged 16 years old and under are free

*Seniors are aged 60 years old and over

Programmes – The matchday programme is available on entry to the ground and is priced at £2

Viewing areas – Standing is available around the pitch perimeter. There are also seats available, but this is first come, first served on the day of the game.

Parking – Parking is free at the ground and there is no need to pre-book.

Food and Drink – Drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) are available from the Main Clubhouse within the ground, with a BBQ serving burgers and hotdogs by the outside bar.
