Match Preview: Yorkshire Carnegie v Ealing Trailfinders

Yorkshire Carnegie host Ealing Trailfinders at Emerald Headingley Stadium this Sunday 10th November in round five of the Greene King IPA Championship, kick off 3pm.

The fixture will mark the return of former players and coaches to Carnegie, with 2012 Young Player of the Year Tommy Bell, the 2014 Supporters Player of the Season Craig Hampson, Harry Casson, Lewis Jones, Seb Stegmann, Ben West and Elijah Niko all returning to Leeds to face their former club. It will also be a welcome return for former coach Jimmy Lowes, who is part of Ealing's coaching staff.

Despite losing their opening match against Cornish Pirates, Ealing have produced strong performances to sit fourth in the league table. A crushing 52-38 result against Jersey saw five different players cross the tryline for the home side before they edged Bedford Blues 18-5 on the road. Last week, they couldn't be split from Coventry as both sides had to share the points in a 28-28 draw.

Tickets are priced at £15 for adults, £10 for concessions* and free for juniors (16 & under). Along with standing in the Extentia Terrace, there will also be unreserved seating in the North Stand. To buy tickets, visit or call the Ticket Office on 0371 423 1315.

You can also come along on matchday and purchase your tickets on the cash turnstiles on St Michael’s Lane. Fans must use the St Michael’s Lane turnstiles to access the stadium. Turnstiles open at 2pm.
