Six changes for Yorkshire Carnegie ahead of Scottish Cup clash

Yorkshire Carnegie head to London Scottish this Friday with Director of Rugby Martyn Wood and Head Coach Joe Ford making six changes to the side that lost to Cornish Pirates last Saturday.

Winger Andrew Lawson returns to the right wing having started the opening Championship Cup game at Nottingham, he replaces Ross Whitmore. Zach Kerr, who made his debut off the bench against the Pirates, starts at centre in place of Lee Smith, who is amongst the replacement.

Joe Carlisle, who missed out last week due to illness, will make his first start for the club at fly half and will co-captain the side along with hooker Ben Sowrey. The final change to the back line sees Jamie Elliott return in the number nine shirt in place of Joe Green.

In the forwards, British Army prop Gareth Smith starts at tight head prop allowing Conor Davidson to switch to loose head whilst James Seabrook is in the second row after two appearances off the bench so far this season. Leicester loanee Henry Lavin reverts to number eight to replace Guy Graham at the base of the scrum.
