Temm cleared to face former team
Dan Temm has been cleared by a RFU disciplinary hearing and will be free now to face his former team mates when Yorkshire Carnegie travel to Ealing Trailfinders this Saturday, kick off 4pm.
Temm was cited by independent citing commissioner Will James after Sunday's win against Richmond and appeared before an independent disciplinary panel last night.
He was charged with allegedly striking Luc Jones of Richmond F.C., contrary to law 9.12 in the second half of Sunday's game.
The charge was dismissed by the panel, comprising Antony Davies (chair) with Austin Newman and Adrian Senn, which found that while there was an act of foul play it did not meet the red card threshold. The panel instead ordered that a yellow card should be recorded against the player. Temm is free to play this weekend in the Greene King IPA Championship.
